Finished Pillow and Pin Cushions

I wanted to share with you the finished pillow I mentioned in an earlier post.
I listened to the special recipient preach a sermon about her Italian mom
so was able to glean some info that would have meaning to her.
I hope she likes it!

These little pin cushions made from plastic bottle caps are old news ~ I know ~ but I just started making them a few weeks ago.
They are SO much fun. I have made a bunch and given them away without taking a picture so this is the only one I have to share.

This is one of those projects you can stick in a plastic bag and carry in your purse.
They are SO much FUN!
Here is the site I found the instructions ~

10 Homemade Laundry Soap Recipes

I also wanted to share this link with you to ~

I really plan on trying some of these.
It seems like alot of trouble but the comments left on the site by folks
who are using these make me feel it is truly worth while!

Love the pincushions! I have a couple of things I've picked up at sales recently to make pin cushions - need to get to it!

I LOVE my pin cushion! Thank you so much. I know there isn't much of a need for a pin cushion at work, but it sits there still. Reminding me of you every time I look at it. Miss you.
Luv ya,
