Week 12 TAST Couching Stitch

I choose to do a very simple couching stitch with a metallic thread on this beautiful moss leaf trim from Ribbonsmyth.com . The rick rack is also couched down but will get some beading added soon! Happy Spring Everyone!

Week 11 TAST ~ Up & Down Buttonhole

This was a fun stitch. I loved the movement it give's to the quilt! Notice the metal sequin's under the yellow sequin and bead ~ it is from the 1930 era. (purchased at Tinsel Trading in N.Y.C.) Aren't they lovely!!!!
