I decided to make Martha's Cocoa Buttermilk Cake!
I broke out Grama's baking pans and lined them with wax paper ~ just like she does.
Isn't this beautiful ~ the sugar and butter mixing together!
MMMMM ~ too bad ~ I was the only one home to lick the mixers :)

Thanks Terri! My mouth is watering! Chocolate has to be the greatest food in the world as far as I'm concerned, this reminds me of Timmie and Lassie, his mom always had a thick slice of chocolate cake and a glass of milk on the table for him. Well there's a wierd memory. Wow.
