- peel and slice enough apples to fill a buttered glass pie plate to the top
- cover with 2 Tablespoons each of cinnamon and brown sugar
- melt a stick of butter and mix with 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar and 1 egg
- cover apples with the flour mixture and bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until browned.
